Nicoleta-Elena Hegheş is full Professor and Vice-Dean at Faculty of Juridical and Administrative Sciences, ”Dimitrie Cantemir” Christian University of Bucharest and Researcher 2nd degree at “Acad. Andrei Rădulescu” Legal Research Institute of Romanian Academy. Her areas of specialization are Criminal Law, Forensics Science and Human Rights. She has a Ph.D. in Law (2011) and Post doctorate (2015) at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest. In the last six months, Dr. Heghes received three awards for research in the field of law.
