Alexandra Safronova is a PhD candidate in Sociology at the State University of Moldova, specialising in collective impact collaborative to strengthen the childcare system in Moldova. With extensive experience in programme monitoring and evaluation, Alexandra has also managed programmes in education and livelihood development, focusing on data-driven decision-making and systemic change for vulnerable and minority communities.
