You are invited to submit your abstract to the 10th International Conference on Advanced Research in Social Sciences (ICARSS), 23 - 25 October 2026 in Oxford, United Kindom. Please download the format of the abstract guidelines and send your abstract for evaluation by the Scientific Committee and if the abstract is accepted, the author(s) can register for the Conference. After the conference, the full paper will be requested for subsequent publication opportunities.

Upon payment of the registration fee, your presentation will be confirmed.

We accept the submission of high-quality papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, experimental and theoretical work or research in all of the topic areas mentioned. Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

full paper guidelines – Reviewing Process

  • All manuscripts will be subjected to double blind peer-review and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.
  • The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.
  • The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.
Language
  • The text should be in English, American or British usage is accepted, but not a mixture of both.
  • Authors who feel their English language manuscript may require editing to eliminate possible grammatical or spelling errors and to conform to correct scientific English may wish to use relevant editing apps or service.
Presentation & Publication
  • Full paper will be requested after the conference for publication opportunities.

Academic Ethics

Articles submitted to the conference should report original and previously unpublished findings. Following ethical conduct is very critical in the academic world. Hence, any act of plagiarism cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the submission will be automatically dismissed.

Evaluation Process
  • All papers will be subjected to double-blind peer-reviews. Relevancy, structure, research method, ethical conducts, language standard, innovativeness, references, hypothesis, result presentation, proficiency, format, amongst many other factors are considered for the evaluation process.
  • Papers that are accepted will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
Instructions for the oral presentation

The length of the presentation should be around 15 minutes. You can use any form of presentation you wish. We will provide the necessary equipment upon request. Please arrive for your presentation early to ensure all necessary equipment is present

Poster Format

  • Posters should be designed for an A1 (international paper size)
  • Title, author names, and affiliations should be displayed at the top clearly.
  • Use easy-to-read fonts and text sizes.
  • Visuals such as charts, images, etc., should be high resolution and easy to read.
  • Posters must be based on the accepted abstract.
  • Avoid using foam core, thick/multi-layered materials, or pushpins.
  • Ensure your poster can be mounted on the provided boards.
  • Bring your printed poster with you to the conference.

Following the review of your abstract by the scientific committee, you will be notified electronically of its status – whether it was accepted or rejected. If your abstract paper has been accepted, congratulations! You are well on your way to present your findings to a prestigious group of peers. Here is how to proceed:

  • Register for the event and pay the registration fee;
  • Work with the scientific committee on making changes, if requested;
  • Check your paper for clear style and grammar;

Please note that only original and unpublished papers will be presented at the 10th International Conference on Advanced Research in Social Sciences. Should the committee discover that the paper is under publication consideration elsewhere, it reserves the right to disqualify the paper.
